A- The hotel may cancel reservations due to unfavorable weather conditions, road barriers, strikes, terrorist actions, fog, possibility of war, unpredictable technical problems and all force majeure which pose an obstacle against the starting or continuing of a Reservation. In such cases, the consumer shall not be entitled to compensation.
B- When the consumer requests cancellation up to 7 days before the starting date of service, the entire amount paid thereby shall be refunded to the consumer.
C- If the consumer cancels the contract 7 to 3 days before the starting date of service, s/he shall accept and undertake paying to the hotel 50% of the total reservation cost; and 100% of the same cost in case of cancellations made less than 3 days in advance. Any change of date requested by the consumer shall be deemed as cancellation.
D- In case of cancellation/transfer of a discount service, the consumer shall accept and undertake paying to the hotel 50% of the service cost, in cases of up to exactly 7 to 3 days before the starting date of service; and 100% of the same cost in cases of less than 3 days in advance.
E- In case of cancellations made at the latest up to 7 days before the starting date of service, the hotel shall refund to the consumer the entire amount paid by the consumer.
F- Any case of disorder - preventing usual activity for 10 days - or death of the consumer himself/herself or his/her immediate family members shall constitute an exception to the articles concerning cancellation/transfer, provided that a public agency report to be received from a fully-equipped state hospital is submitted in writing before the starting date of service.
G- The consumer cannot transfer the service s/he purchased, before or during the service. In such case, the hotel shall not refund any amounts to the consumer.
H- The hotel may, where necessary, cancel the service partly or wholly before the twenty five days declared or registered service starts, provided that the consumer is notified thereof
İ- The Consumer shall confirm being informed about the services, commercials, advertisements, campaigns and activities related to Grand Sapphire Resort Ltd, affiliate brands run by it, suppliers and partner organizations. If the consumer intends to cancel the confirmation through any channel, the Grand Sapphire Resort Ltd. shall undertake terminating the notifications.
